Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how illManajed Games LLC ("illManajed Games," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with our mobile apps (each, an "App"). By downloading or using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We build our apps to be simple and enjoyable experiences. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask you for your name, email, or other contact details to play. The information practices below relate mostly to the third‑party advertising used to keep our Apps free.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. None. Our Apps have no sign‑up, login, or in‑app contact forms, so we do not collect personal information you submit directly.

Information stored only on your device. Your game progress, achievements, sound and theme preferences, and similar settings are saved locally on your device (using the operating system's standard on‑device storage). This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed if you delete the App.

Information collected automatically by our advertising partner. Our Apps display ads through Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob and its systems may collect or access:

  • Device and advertising identifiers, including the iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when you permit tracking (see Section 3);

  • Approximate (coarse) location derived from your device's IP address;

  • Advertising data, such as the ads shown to you and your interactions with them;

  • Product interaction and usage data, such as taps and app activity relevant to ad delivery;

  • Diagnostic information, such as crash logs, performance metrics, and other diagnostic data.

We, illManajed Games, do not operate our own servers that collect this information; it is collected by Google in its role as our advertising provider. For details, see Google's privacy disclosures linked in Section 5.

2. How We Use Information

We use the limited information described above to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our Apps;

  • Display advertising, which funds the free versions of our Apps;

  • Measure ad performance and prevent fraud and abuse;

  • Diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.

On‑device game data is used solely to remember your progress and preferences on your device.

3. Advertising, Tracking, and Your Consent

Our Apps are ad‑supported through Google AdMob. Advertising may be personalized (based on identifiers and ad‑interaction data) or non‑personalized, depending on your choices and your region.

App Tracking Transparency (ATT). On iOS, each App presents Apple's tracking permission prompt. If you allow tracking, your device's IDFA may be used to deliver and measure personalized ads. If you do not allow tracking, the IDFA is not used for that purpose and you will generally receive non‑personalized ads.

Consent (GDPR/UMP). Where required (for example, in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), our Apps use Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can change your consent choice at any time (see Section 6).

If you decline tracking or consent, ads still appear, but they are non‑personalized.

4. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell the on‑device game data described in Section 1, and we do not maintain our own marketing databases.

The device identifiers, advertising data, location‑from‑IP, usage, and diagnostic data described in Section 1 are collected by and shared with Google (and, where applicable, advertisers and ad‑technology partners acting through Google's advertising systems) for the purpose of delivering and measuring ads. This data may include device‑level identifiers that are not anonymous. We do not control Google's independent use of this data, which is governed by Google's own policies.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

5. Third‑Party Services

Our Apps rely on the following third‑party service, which has its own privacy policy:

Google AdMob — https://policies.google.com/privacy

See also Google's information on how it uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

We encourage you to review Google's policies to understand how it processes data.

6. Your Choices and How to Opt Out

You have several ways to control advertising and tracking:

  • Turn tracking off (iOS): Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track," or decline the prompt within the App. This prevents use of the IDFA for tracking.

  • Change your in‑app consent: Where the consent form applies, you can reopen and update your advertising consent choice from the App's settings/consent option.

  • Limit ad personalization (Google): Manage Google's ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

  • Stop all automatic collection: You can stop further automatic collection by uninstalling the App, which also deletes the locally stored game data.

7. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we (and our advertising partner) rely on: your consent for personalized advertising and any tracking; and our legitimate interests in operating our Apps, showing non‑personalized ads, preventing fraud, and maintaining stability and security. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 6.

8. Your Privacy Rights (EEA/UK and Others)

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because we do not maintain accounts or store identifiable personal data on our own systems, many requests about advertising data are best directed to Google. You may also contact us using Section 12, and we will help where we are able.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of certain personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. The use of advertising identifiers for cross‑context behavioral advertising may be considered "sharing." You can exercise choices through the controls in Section 6 (including disabling tracking and ad personalization), and you may contact us using Section 12. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

10. International Data Transfers

The third‑party services we use may process information in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and equivalent UK/Swiss mechanisms).

11. Data Retention

We do not retain personal data on our own systems. On‑device game data remains on your device until you delete the App. Advertising and diagnostic data collected by Google is retained according to Google's retention practices described in its privacy policy.

12. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

13. Security

We rely on the security measures provided by the operating system and our third‑party service provider. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable steps to protect information handled in connection with our Apps.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" above and post the updated policy at this URL. Your continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
